Plan Administration

PCA provides Retirement and Section 125 Plan administration.

All record keeping is done with state of the art systems and administrated by PCA employees. PCA does not subcontract our services; this assures that PCA can maintain complete confidentiality and allows us to closely monitor quality control. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily or Balance Forward Record Keeping
  • Employer Valuation Reports
  • Participant Statements
  • IRS Reporting (Including Form 5500, 945 & 1099)
  • Processing for Distributions, Loans & Terminations
  • Governmental Testing (i.e. ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 415, 402(g), etc…)
  • SAS 70 Audit Reporting

PCA provides Plan Administration for all types of qualified plans such as:
401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, Defined Benefit, Section 125

PCA can provide a fully bundled program or a stand alone plan
