Pension Corporation of America (PCA) was established in 1977 to assist employers with the implementation and operation of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and other employee benefit plans.
Today, Pension Corporation of America of Cincinnati has evolved into one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southwestern Ohio. Our staff of more than 40 professionals support our client base of over 400 companies. We serve clients nationally, as well as regionally in our primary market of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana from our administration center and headquarters located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
We provide a variety of services to many different clients such as; manufacturing firms, retailers and wholesalers, construction companies, service companies, professional organizations, financial institutions, and public companies. PCA offers a range of services to meet the needs of our clients, including: consulting, plan design, implementation, administration, plan documents, investment management, employee education and communication.
